Team description

We at Sunward Park Tigers are a community team which opened its doors in 2010 and has since held a stable reputation over the last 14 years within the sunward Park Community. We strive to aid the development of our youthful talent by nurturing their skills, behaviors, attitudes and principles on and off the field to ensure we create a fun and learning environment for our players. We want to ensure our players are well equipped to compete in their football endeavors to reach higher levels. Sunward Park FC continues to achieve the above principles as several players have gone through our system over the last 10+ years and have now played in the respective higher development leagues as we continue to work towards nurturing and producing more talents. Our U8 players have experienced a lot this year and are rapidly growing into a fierce and formidable side that is working towards perfecting their overall development as well as continuing to apply their principles and identity. We had a very strong season as we won the U8 ELFA Cup, as well as finishing runners up in the league. During the end of season tournaments, we went on to win AFC tournament ending the season with strong momentum.
